Since our founding in 1993, we have been busy as “Arizona’s Landlord for Local Business” through our unique program which allows our tenants to grow or shrink their operations in response to local business conditions. We have weathered multiple business cycles with our customer base. We love our tenants and seek to help them prosper in good times and succeed in challenging times.

Our Experience
Since 1993, Reliance Management has operated 180 multi-tenant properties, comprising over 16M square feet and 2,500 tenants with its ownership partner. This has given the company and its management team the distinct advantage of being involved in the implementation of renovation and management programs for properties ranging from 25,000 to 1M square feet. Reliance has been involved in complex environmental remediation, constructing award winning multi-tenant industrial projects, replacement and or renovation of complete HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems and the repurposing of real estate throughout Maricopa and Pima counties.
